By accessing or using Quote Inbound ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quote Inbound provides a platform that allows service businesses to create instant quote calculators for their customers. The Service includes quote link generation, lead capture, and notification features.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Use the Service to deceive or mislead customers

5. Pricing and Payments

Free accounts are limited to 50 quotes per month. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Quote Accuracy

Quote Inbound provides tools to generate ballpark estimates based on your configured pricing rules. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your pricing and any quotes generated. Quotes are estimates only and do not constitute binding contracts.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quote Inbound and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quote Inbound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
